Payment: Twenty-five percent (25%) of the rent is required
to complete the booking and the remaining balance must be received 35
days before the arrival date. Credit cards or e-checks
through PayPal, Personal Checks, Money Orders and
Cashier's Checks are accepted; however, reservations made within 35
days of arrival require the full amount to be paid through PayPal,
Money Order or Cashier's Check.
Cancellation: If the
booking is cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date,
payments received, less $100, will be refunded. Cancellations
less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded unless
the unit is re-rented, in which case payments received, less $100 will
be refunded.
Severe Weather or Unexpected Calamity:
In the event of a Hurricane or another catastrophe that impairs the
habitability of the unit, Landlord is not responsible for finding
alternative lodging for Guests, nor any financial loses related to
their transportation or alternate lodging. In such an event,
Guests may elect to receive a pro-rated refund of the rent or a
pro-rated number of replacement nights, plus two extra nights, at no
charge.
